Meet Eric

Team Leader, Broker

Eric was born and raised in Connecticut, his mother was from Cuthbert, Georgia and father was from Samson, Alabama. Once Eric graduated from High School he re-located to Atlanta, Georgia in order to attend Moorhouse College.

Eric in 1985, started his sales career as an insurance agent and was recognized as the number one agent at Boston Mutual Life Insurance in Georgia. In addition, Eric was contracted by the US Department of Labor, where he provided financial planning to twenty-six governmental agencies, such as the Environment Protection Agency, DEA, Department of Defence, and Social Security.

Eric then realized that he had an interest in real estate and decided to pursue a career as a mortgage broker, where he established his own financial company. Eric has more than 22 years in the mortgage industry and has helped source over $220 million of financed homes and commercial projects.

During Eric’s free time, he has starting to go the gym and enjoys traveling and trying new activities, such as helicopter lessons. Eric spends a lot of time in Florida and participates in yachting. Eric is a proud father to a daughter and enjoys spending time and traveling with her.

Eric is constantly striving to be the best he can be he decided to become a Realtor® and started his career with Keller Williams and thereafter, Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, where he was trained in luxury marketing. Eric is well known in the Atlanta’s civic community, where he voluntarily teaches financial services.

Eric in 2017, decided that he wanted to become a broker. Eric successfully passed his Real Estate brokers exam and thereafter, created Pristine Palaces Realty. Eric during the early years of being a broker decided that he wanted to educate and pass on his knowledge to young/newly qualified Realtors® and as a result, he decided to grow Pristine Palaces Realty as he was determined to pass on all knowledge obtained during his 22 years of being in the mortgage industry and then several years of being in the real estate business.

Eric with more than 96% of the buyers in today’s market beginning their home search online, Eric uses professional photography, professional videos, and staging when needed to ensure heightened consumer interest in the home. In addition, worldwide, national, and local marketing strategies are implemented, guaranteeing the home is well-positioned and highly differentiated in the marketplace. Eric has sought to provide the highest possible standards of service and a thorough, analytic approach to every transaction.

Eric not only sells luxury properties, but he specializes in luxurious custom build homes. Eric is very learned and has worked with several builders such as Ankory Construction, A. P. Homes, and Amini Homes. Eric has successfully been the broker for Cayman Estate, Rockdale County, Stockbridge, and the up-and-coming Helen Estate, Henry County, Stockbridge.
